Sometimes the space wont correctly free up after deleting your mods. I fixed mine by just restarting the console. But if you really want to be sure the problem is fixed, go to: my games an apps > games > fallout 4 > press start > manage game > reserve space > clear reserved space. Then redownload your mods.
